I'm always looking for new ideas for sandwich spreads ... mayo and mustard can get boring fast ... and healthy alternatives are much better for you anyway. I came across these ideas in my Whole Living Magazine (April 2011, pg 105) and thought they sounded interesting. Let me know which one sounds good to you
