For 'Work-out Wednesday', here's another fabulous exercise from Diane @ 4321fitness.com ... in this short segment, she demonstrates a walking lunge. Basically, it is what it sounds like ... a stationary lunge with a walking element added for the benefit of working extra muscle groups. This is another of my favorite exercises from Sean Foy's 10 Minute Total Body Breakthrough workout program ... and it's wonderfully effective, slimming your thighs and buttocks ... what better way to get ready for swimsuit season
