Those of you who are regular readers of my blog know that interval training is my exercise method of choice (read more here) ... and I LOVE Sean Foy's 10 Minute Total Body Breakthrough (visit his website here). Sean Foy's program is great because it's fast, easy and it WORKS (which I know from personal experience)!!!

Woohoo!!!!!  I'm SOOOOO excited ... Sean Foy's book is an awesome resource, but this DVD is just a little bit awesomer Tongue out What more could you ask for???  Step-by-step instruction for the 4321 workout program ... so cool =)  Anyway, here's the promo video for the new DVD:
